Individual Therapy
There are many reasons to begin individual psychotherapy. You could be struggling with depression or anxiety. You could be in a period of transition and are struggling to find your footing. You could have experienced a significant loss or trauma that affects you every day. You may simply want to understand yourself more deeply: who you are, what you value, and how you relate to yourself and others.
If you choose to enter into this co-created therapy space, it can help you learn skills and practices for mental, emotional, and relational health. It can be a space that provides enough safety for you to be able to rest and heal. It can be a space to help you recognize your core narratives and relational patterns that keep you stuck. It can be a space to recognize toxic systems and cultural narratives that you are caught in. It can be a space for you to discover your significant capacities, values, and gifts to live an authentic, genuine, and integrated life. Together we will figure out what you need from therapy to be able to live life more fully.
