Lindsey Ward, MA
I am Lindsey Ward, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals gain the wisdom and gifts of their unique life story.
I identify as mixed race (African American, Native American, Caucasian, Japanese), heterosexual, male, and go by the pronouns he, him, his. I’m happily married with two young children. I’m Episcopalian and a member of the Native American Church. I work with people from all faiths and spiritual beliefs.
I received my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and I am currently a doctoral candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I hold a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Hawaii, Hilo, and a Holistic Health Practitioner degree from Body Mind College. In addition to my degrees in psychology I’ve worked in the film industry for 18 years as a writer and director.
My approach to mental healthcare is influenced by my experiences learning from elders of diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds who emphasize an interconnectedness with nature and all creation as a pathway to wholeness.
I have helped high achieving, high performance men, business leaders, healers, therapists and artists heal from stress and burnout and reconnect with their true calling.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgemental space where my clients can uncover deeper self-awareness and self-acceptance, empowering them to build fulfilling relationships and a life rich in joy and purpose.
